Individual Psychotherapy and Couples Counseling
At times we all need extra support and help with overcoming difficulties.

I am a holistic therapist and certified sex therapist with over 10 years experience working with individuals and couples. I am passionate about helping women and their partners find intimacy and sexual health, especially for those living with cancer and cancer survivors. Some women struggle with body image, pain and discomfort, and find communication challenging throughout the process. I help you reignite your intimacy with a partner or help you along your journey of finding new love. I also specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and related issues, such as anxiety, depression and body image issues.

From this work, I have learned to recognize that one size does not fit all. I tailor my clinical approach to fit the unique needs and strengths of each individual; looking at the entire person, rather than a disorder or label.

My professional and personal journey have led me to blend Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy practices, mindfulness, somatic, meditation. compassion, breath and bodywork, and the creative healing arts when appropriate.

In a safe, warm, and nurturing environment, I work with individuals through eating disorders, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma recovery (specifically sexual assault and abuse), depression, and anxiety. I tend to think outside the box and use a gentle, engaged, interactive, collaborative, and creative approach.
