Hilary Beech, PhD, MBA, MSEE
Serving gifted, professional, and creative adults in SF
I specialize in serving GIFTED, PROFESSIONAL, and CREATIVE/ARTISTIC adults. I have a Stanford MBA and Berkeley MSEE, worked in startups, nonprofits, academia, and F500 companies, and have special training for gifted clients. I help PROFESSIONALS with anxiety, depression, work/life balance, stress/burnout, impostor syndrome, procrastination, romantic/workplace relationships, creativity blocks, internet addiction, feeling disconnected, navigating transitions, and feeling unfulfilled in work. GIFTED individuals may feel out of step with the world, have trouble finding like-minded people, be told they're "too intense", feel socially awkward, frustrated with others' slowness, or disappointed with the world's imperfections. Exploring one's giftedness can offer relief from self-doubt, loneliness, and depression. In a compassionate and nonjudgmental setting, I help you develop better ways of relating to yourself and others, new options for unsatisfactory situations, and greater resiliency.
